This project comprised five buildings, underground car-parking and mixed use tenancies for a multitude of business types. The master-planning called for excellent traffic flow for tenants and the public throughout the development as well as a sense of identity for each major tenant in each building.
Commercial planning and economic feasibility studies has set this project up for success and looks to be leased in full before construction commences.
This 3000m2 development of office and warehouse space is easily identifiable with the black façade and bold yellow fin columns which emphasise the office entry.
Designed to be used as either two or three individual tenancies, there is also thirty-eight car spaces and adequate semi trailer access.
