This turn of the century federation style home had been through many part-renovations.  A box of old photographs  was used to aid in the restoration of this home to its former glory.  The full restoration was undertaken along with improving and opening up the living spaces to accommodate a very large family.  The  tennis court, swimming pool and paved areas, fences were rebuilt and brought some formality and vibrancy back into garden areas.
